Top 10 Ways to Take a Break from Trading

As all traders will know – sometimes, trading can take over your life. And overworking and getting burned out will not help your trading strategy. In fact, it will probably hurt it.

So heed this warning and make time for a break from the charts – here are our top 10 ways to take a break from trading to give you some ideas…

1. Take a tea (and cake) break

Need a quick break from trading to clear your head? You can’t do much better than a good old cup of tea (and something sweet to go with it, of course).

Screen Shot 2015-03-23 at 14.01.52The Sweet Reason Company are making your tea break even better with their special boxes packed full of sweet handmade treats paired with complementary Teapigs teabags and a sugar swizzle stick (in case you’re not sweet enough already).

We love their goodies so much we wrote a Littlefish Loves feature all about them (check it out here: Littlefish Loves: The Sweet Reason Company).

LFX discount: head on over to TheSweetReasonCompany.co.uk to check them out, and use the discount code LITTLEFISHFX to get a sweet 15% off your order. Enjoy!

3. Make time for a workout
